How long does the shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

I would like to return or replace my order — how does it work?

No problem! If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Just email us your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

I would like to cancel my order — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to cancel it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still return the item after delivery.
